The A. H. Zeppa Family Foundation reviews grant applications several times annually (see deadlines). We do not require a specific grant application at this time. Please send a letter of inquiry stating the grant that you are applying for. Please include as much information about the grant requested as possible including the following items:
• Organization and/or project budget
(including other sources of funding)
• Organization and/or project timeline
• Mission Statement
• Any special deadlines you may be facing in regards to funding
• Contact information
For our records, please also include copies of your:
• IRS tax exempt status
• most recent 990
