ELIGIBILITY

The eligibility requirements for submitting a grant request to the A. H. Zeppa Family Foundation are as follows:

• The applying organization must be a qualifying 501 (c) (3), tax exempt organization. If an organization does not fit these criteria, they must arrange for an alternate fiscal agent.

• The grant should be consistent with the missions of the Foundation.
